The meeting of the WHEEL project for the development of higher education institutions in Libya was hosted by the University of Sirte on 25-11-2019, where all the partners from Libyan universities participated in the meeting. Eressms + Project Manager Dr. Ali Bakir also participated. Several points of interest were discussed in the implementation of the project in the Libyan universities, which were discussed the outcomes of the ROUNDTABLES that were implemented in various Libyan universities, where these results were adopted for publication on the site of the European Union projects in Libya, and the method of implementation of the University of Sebha ROUNDTABLE as an official model was adopted, In the implementation of the rest of the project in the rest of the Libyan universities partner in the project. The meeting also reviewed the partnership agreement between the Libyan universities, the Italian universities of Genoa and the Spanish University of Alicante, where some amendments were made.
