    A number of faculty members participated in accompanied by several Libyan university partners in the project, in the internal workshop organized by the University of Misrata under the supervision of the Union of Euro-Mediterranean Universities (UNIMED) from 18 to19 February 2024, which focused on obstacles to scientific research and mechanisms for overcoming them.

    Conclusion of the internal training workshop for the Ibtikar project

    With the grace of God, it was concluded today, 01/11/2024, which is the third and final day of the training workshop organized by the University’s International Cooperation Office in cooperation with the Research and Consultation Center. This workshop comes within the framework of Work Package 4 (WP4) of IBTIAR Project, one of the Erasmus+ projects funded by the European Union Commission, where the agenda for today workshop were a number of presentations on research Capabilities, as well as the research challenges facing researchers in the College of Science and Medical Colleges. The trained participants also made site visits to research laboratories of the College of Science and the College of Health Sciences.

    Within the framework of the fourth work package “wp4” of the “IBTIKAR” innovation project, one of the Erasmus+ projects for capacity building, funded by the European Union, under the supervision of the Mediterranean Universities Union “UNIMED”.
    The activities of the training workshop, which will continue for three days, began this morning, Tuesday, January 9, 2024, in Prof. Mousa Mohamed Mousa Hall, under the supervision of the International Cooperation Office , in cooperation with the University’s Research and Consulting Center, targeting faculty members and researchers in an effort to develop and encourage university scientific research.
    The workshop included giving an overview of the project, presenting and discussing the research agenda with regard to scientific research priorities, and a presentation on the reality of new and renewable clean energies in Libya, as well as pollution and global warming, in addition to a presentation on scientific communication.
