A training workshop took place yesterday at the Office of the Website Unit at Sirte University, focusing on the incorporation of journals into the EBSCO Journal Indexing database.

The workshop witnessed the active participation of Mr. Mohamed Abdel Salam, Director of Publishers Relations in the Middle East and North Africa - EBSCO, as well as Dr. Amina Murad, Director of the Arab Journals Project - Association of Arab Universities. The training workshop covered several topics, encompassing the most recent advancements in the Arab periodicals development project and the techniques for integrating magazines into the EBSCO database. The event attracted the attendance of a group of university IT technicians and several members of the Journal digitalization Committee at Sirte University.
