As part of the university's training program aimed at enhancing and qualifying all employees within the administrative units, Mr. Muftah Bashir, the Secretary-General of Sirte University, inaugurated a training course focused on the preparation of reports and administrative correspondence.
The course, overseen by the university's Human Resources Office, has attracted employees from various departments and offices. During his address, Mr. Bashir emphasized the university's commitment to nurturing its human resources and ensuring their proper development, enabling them to effectively manage the esteemed academic institution and deliver exemplary services to support the educational process. Mr. Mustafa Al-Tahir, the Director of Human Resources Office elucidated that this course forms part of a comprehensive series of training programs spanning various domains, contributing to the realization of a modern training agenda that elevates the institution. The training course spans a consecutive duration of five days, with daily sessions lasting four hours, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.
