Sirte University hosted a visiting team from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tripoli. The team consisted of faculty members from the departments of (Internal and Infectious Diseases, Surgery and Reproductive Medicine), along with undergraduate students.

The purpose of their visit was to conduct a scientific visit to Al-Qardabiya cow-breeding project. During the visit, the team examined several cases, identified important medical issues, proposed solutions to reduce infections and increase productivity, and performed various surgical procedures. At the conclusion of the scientific visit, the visiting team presented a shield to the President of Sirte University as a token of appreciation for the warm hospitality and facilitation of their mission.
