On Monday, 13 March 2023, a workshop entitled "Standards and Indicators for the Programmatic Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions"

was organized by the Faculty of Science in cooperation with the Quality & performance evaluation Office.  

The workshop addressed concepts, terminology, and the required documents for programatic accreditation. At the end of the workshop, the trainers and collaborators were honored for the success of the workshop, and the committees that contributed to the faculty of Science's institutional accreditation during the previous period were honored, The recommendations of the supervising committee are as follows

1. Adopting Academic standards for the programs within the scientific departments according to the standards of the Quality Office.

2. Developing the educational program constantly, using curriculum assessment questionnaires to incorporate the diversity of ways and means that enable students to develop their intellectual, scientific, and general skills, so as to guarantee a place for graduates in the labor market.

 3. Exchange experiences with local and international institutions in the field of quality and improvement.

4. Forming committees at the department level to follow up with the standards required by the Quality Center.

5. Paying attention to the scientific research standards of the program.

6. Adding community service to the faculty website and urging faculty members to provide services to the educational institutions according to their specializations.

7. Establishing ongoing training workshops.
