On 04-01-2023, a seminar on the specialized constitutional Jurisdiction (constitutional reality and ambition)

was held by the Faculty of Law of Sirte University, at Prof. Mousa Mohamed Mousa hall. Professors of Law and legal studies participated along with of directors of judicial bodies in the city, as well as some faculty members and students of the Faculty of Law.

The seminar opened with speeches that emphasized the significance of researches and studies in the field of constitutional Jurisdiction and its role in building a modern civil state, then a number of scientific papers presented by researchers and law professors from different Libyan universities.

Dr. Abdel-Majid Qasim presented the first research paper. The second paper was presented by Chancellor Karkara Ramadan Salem. As for the third paper, it was presented by Dr. Muhammad Othman Abdel-Sayed. A discussion followed the presentation of the papers.
