On August 16, 2023, a workshop on academic writing commenced at Prof. Mousa Mohamed Mousa Hall at Sirte University.

The workshop, titled "Academic Writing in Research Papers for Postgraduate Students and Researchers in Scientific and Medical Specialties," was delivered by Dr. Mohamed Abd El-Salam from the International Academic Center (IAC) and overseen by the International Cooperation Office at Sirte University in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Office. Present at the workshop were several faculty members, graduate students, researchers, and individuals with a keen interest in the subject matter. The workshop resumed the next day at the same venue to explore additional facets of writing in accordance with the international curriculum.
