On August 13, 2023, in the presence of the Vice president for accademic Affairs and the General Registrar, the university president convened a meeting with the deans and the registrars of various faculties.

The purpose of this meeting was to address the challenges that were encountered during the admission and registration processes in previous semesters and to present proposals for resolving these issues. Additionally, there was a focus on devising mechanisms for timely acceptance of students and enrollment renewal for the upcoming semester, in order to ensure that the study schedule adheres to the academic calendar and the deadlines set by the Ministry. Moreover, the meeting encompassed a thorough review of the files pertaining to the different scientific departments and disciplines within the faculties, as well as an examination of the reports received on the study progress during the preceding semester.
