يسعدني باسمي وباسم زملائي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم اللغة الانجليزية، أن أرحب بكم في الموقع الإلكتروني لقسم اللغة الانجليزية بجامعة سرت.
يعتبر قسم اللغة الانجليزية من الأقسام الرائدة في كلية الآداب بجامعة سرت و يعد ركيزة أساسية في إعداد الكوادر المؤهلة علمياً وعملياً، و يسعى القسم منذ تأسيسه من خلال برامجه الدراسية المتميزة و في ضوء رسالته و أهدافه الى التميز الأكاديمي و العلمي من خلال تقديم المعارف العلمية المتنوعة و المتطورة و التي تواكب التطورات الحديثة في مجالات تعلم و تعليم اللغة الانجليزية بما يسهم بشكل إيجابي في إعداد كوادر وطنية و أجيال متميزة ذات كفاءة علمية وعملية مؤهلة لسوق العمل و خدمة المجتمع المحلي، كما نلتزم في القسم بتطبيق معايير الجودة في التعليم والبحث العلمي.

On behalf of myself and my fellow department members, I am pleased to welcome you to the website of the Department of English at Sirte University.
The English Department is considered one of the leading departments in the Faculty of Arts at Sirte University.It is a fundamental pillar in preparing qualified personnel, both scientifically and practically.The department has been striving since its establishment through its outstanding academic programs and in light of its mission and objectives to achieve academic and scientific excellence by providing diverse and advanced scientific knowledge that keeps pace with modern developments in the fields of learning and teaching English, which contributes positively to preparing national cadres and distinguished generations with scientific and practical competence qualified for the labor market and serving the local community. Also, we, in the department are also committed to applying quality standards in education and scientific research.
